When an airline issues a travel credit or future travel voucher in lieu of a cash refund:
Upgrade fees paid directly to airlines via bidding programs or upgrade products are subject to the airline's individual upgrade refund policy. Service fees charged by Purple Tours for processing upgrade requests are non-refundable. If an upgrade is denied or cancelled by the airline, the upgrade amount may be refunded by the airline, but Purple Tours' processing fee is retained.
