These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Purple Tours' website (purpletours.travel) and telephone booking services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are booking on behalf of others, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that all passengers agree to these Terms.
Purple Tours acts as an independent travel agent. We are not an airline, and we do not operate flights. We facilitate the purchase of airline tickets and related services on your behalf from airlines and their distribution systems. All flight operations, baggage policies, and onboard services are governed solely by the respective airline's terms and conditions. We are not liable for airline schedule changes, cancellations, delays, or service failures.
All flight bookings are subject to seat availability and airline fare rules at the time of booking. Fares quoted are estimates and may change until full payment is received and the ticket is issued. Price quotes provided by phone are valid only for the duration of the call unless otherwise stated.
Tickets are issued only after full payment is received and verified. E-tickets will be sent to the email address provided by you within a reasonable time after booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to verify all details on the e-ticket (names, dates, routes, class) immediately upon receipt.
Passenger names must match the government-issued photo ID or passport that will be used for travel. Name corrections may incur fees or may not be permitted depending on the airline and fare type. We are not responsible for costs arising from inaccurate names provided by the customer.
It is the passenger's sole responsibility to ensure valid travel documents, visas, and health requirements are in place for all destinations. Purple Tours accepts no responsibility for denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues.
Airfares are dynamic and may change at any time based on airline inventory. The final price is confirmed only when the ticket is issued. Purple Tours reserves the right to cancel a booking if the quoted fare is no longer available and the customer does not accept the revised fare.
Purple Tours charges a service fee for booking and processing services. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm your booking. Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
By providing payment information, you authorize Purple Tours to charge the total amount to your designated payment method. All payments are processed securely. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Ticket prices include applicable government taxes, airport fees, and airline surcharges unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for baggage, seat selection, and in-flight services, as set by the individual airline.
Requests to change flight dates, times, destinations, passenger names, or class of service must be made by calling (888) 813-0226. Changes are subject to airline fare rules, availability, and applicable change fees. Some fares are non-changeable. Purple Tours charges a service fee for processing changes in addition to any airline-imposed fees. We are not responsible if a requested change cannot be accommodated.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the airline and the fare type purchased. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. Purple Tours' service fees are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method and may take 7–21 business days depending on the airline and payment processor.
In accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, customers who book directly through Purple Tours for flights originating in the United States may cancel their booking within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the booking was made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date. This right applies to the base fare only; service fees may not be refundable. Please call (888) 813-0226 to exercise this right.
Seat upgrade requests, including upgrades to Business Class and First Class, are subject to availability and airline approval. Upgrade fees are non-refundable once processed. Purple Tours does not guarantee that upgrade requests will be approved by the airline. Upgrades facilitated through airline bidding programs are subject to the airline's specific terms.
Airlines may change flight schedules, routes, or aircraft at any time. Purple Tours will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material schedule changes communicated to us by the airline. However, we are not responsible for changes made by airlines, and your remedies for schedule changes are governed by the airline's policies. We recommend you check your flight status directly with the airline before travel.
Purple Tours strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, flight delays, and baggage loss. We may offer travel insurance products through third-party providers; the terms of such policies are governed by the insurer and are separate from these Terms.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid to Purple Tours for the specific booking in question.
All content on purpletours.travel, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Purple Tours or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Airline names, logos, and trademarks referenced on our website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. This does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to bring class action claims against Purple Tours.
